really sorry bloody babysitter has just let me down
thinking around 23rd august (poss 21st) coz its mine and Gillians birthday but we are looking at other venues, fed up of other parties trying to gatecrash and causing problems, but we will have same dj as he was great, also got our thinking caps on as we would like to do something different next time x

Can I just add to that, yes it was a great night and for all those that didnt turn up and didnt bother to let us know then we will be considering as to whether or not to let you put your name down for the next one.
Please remember people that these things take alot of organising and you know that manners cost nothing.

Another great Leeds Social and so much more fun to be able to sit outside in the sun and warm evening air and chat.
Shame on the no shows, however their loss and not ours

I know what effort was put in and its a damn shame people didnt let you know.
some will have genuine reasons no doubt and some are just prats (self edit), dont really think you should exclude anyone from the next one as we will never know which category they fall into. that said a phone call or email to let someone know isnt hard to do.
Perhaps if you are going to keep arranging munches you could let people know there is some sort of two strikes and your out of future events policy for no shows.

just to let you know we are looking at alternative venues, themes, entertainment etc and whilst we have a few ideas of our own we would be interested to hear other peoples ideas, afterall its your night as much as ours xx
