We are a Corby couple looking for local fun with single ladies, and couples with a bi fem.... we like to wine and dine, then get dirty and naughty in our hot tub.

We have been contacted by several indivuals and couples that turn out to be timewasters or picture collectors.....
We have been on this site for a little under a year, and managed to arrange one meeting with geniune people from this site.
If there was a system of member verification/ validation it could weed out some of the undesirabe elements we all want to avoid.

Undesirable to you but not to someone else. You may have been let down, but there could be a number of reasons for this. Yes they should let you know, but sometimes it just happens that way. All you can do is carry on regardless. A verification system has its downfalls, ie false information etc.

If you want an ebay style rating, I am more than willing to do it for you. I give you 2 out of 10.
Not a good score really and considering I have never met you or spoke to you before, I have no basis on which to do this, but it is my word against yours and who will know. You may be brilliant but if I am feeling very bad and decide to give you a poor rating, well, its just your word against mine.
I am actually joking about the scores above, but not about the principles behind it. How would anyone know that the scores/ratings are genuine? How do we know you are not getting all your mates to bump up your score, or worse if you say you dont want to meet someone and they decide to make life difficult for you by making false reports against you.
It would not work and the general conscencious on this site as always been it wont work and we dont want it!

OK, we'll just sit back.
I use the term undesirables to indicate, single guys pretending to be couples, collectors that want to swap pics with you, that have in the past turned out to be someone elses! Not sure what these types of folks get out of it but it does take all sorts to make a world.
I notice there are no positive comments on the merits of a validation system.
We are on two other sites that both use systems of validation as a guide, I guess we will have to focus on them.

we've found that only 1 in 20 (if we're lucky) that arrange to show will actually turn up - as far as we're concerned if someone doesnt show and doesnt let us know - then they're a timewaster - no matter what excuse they are keeping to themselves - with no way of knowing in advance who will show we keep a list so we know in future - I can see the problems in having an official timewasters list as there seem to be so many around that the site would probably have to run another server for it
