(one of our socialites has recently had news of her newborn having a hole in the heart so we thought we would support all who may need help in that department)
Coventry Social Mad March Event 1st and 2nd March 2024😊
We are making a few changes we hope will benefit all.
Firstly the Saturday 2nd March will be your opportunity to dress up and join us all within the venue exclusively hired just for our evening.
The theme this social will be SUPER HEROS. Dressing up is optional but does add to the fun and the atmosphere.
We welcome all. We are inclusive of any race gender or sexuality.
The usual rules apply.
DO Come and have fun enjoy yourself dance, sing, smile, laugh, drink, chat, exchange contact details make great fun new friends, meet up with existing friends make plans for future meets.
DO NOT go away wishing you had done all these DO them.
NO means NO so although we are all from adult sites this does not mean you can touch or pester individuals and make them feel uncomfortable. If you do you will be asked to leave and will not be invited back. So please keep your desires and testosterone levels in check. Anyone who experiences any unwanted advances please report them immediately and we will deal with the situation promptly.
NO Sex or drugs in the venue grounds or within the venue itself. You will be removed and asked not to return ever.
NO filming or picture taking at the venue. If you wish to get a record of your fun time please do so off the premises where no one else can be accidently caught in shot.
A small bit of advice, the social is what YOU make it, be polite, friendly and chat to people. We get everyone together in the same place at the same time its up to you to make connections we are not a matchmaking service.

Also please if you put your name down and decide you cant make it for whatever reason let us know. If you don't we may be hesitant to invite you to any future events.
Secondly due to a lot more people arriving on a Friday and wanting to meet up we have had permission from the venue to meet there in the evening.The venue staff are very understanding and said we are more than welcome to join in with their members on the Friday. This will obviously not be for dressing up and nor will a donation be required BUT discretion as to where we are all from would be appreciated. The club it is more reasonably priced than lets say the local TGI.
Hotel rooms are a tad too small for all that want to meet and can and have got very noisy and we don’t want or need to get banned from any hotel. We want everyone to have a great weekend and to be included plus avoid ‘them and us’ situation that could easily cause friction. Socials are for all to enjoy, we hope bad feeling and segregation into little groups can be avoided this way.

Due to all the effort that goes into organising lists, making badges, sending mail I was bitterly disappointed at the disrespect some members showed at not letting me know they wouldn’t be attending. Take less than 2 mins to post a request and the same to say ‘ cant make it now’ SO from now on if you request a place you MUST donate at least one month before the event to secure your entry or you will be removed from list and wont gain entry to venue, plus will not be invited to any other event I organise. Its not only you that misses out it’s the people who are on a waiting list to attend and the charity we donate excess monies to. Show a little respect it goes a long way and reflects on your character. Lots get verifications after attending that also go towards people trusting you enough to meet up. Think about it folks.
