As organizer I use my discretion as to who attends the social. I have in the past removed names, added or not added names to the door list in order to redress balance and harmony on the night. My interest is to ensure that everyone there has a relaxed and fun night out and not cater for individuals needs. I donâ€™t intend to change a formula that has been very successful for 3 years of organising socials. That formula is simply my judgment. So 'If your name is not on the list you arenâ€™t coming in', donâ€™t turn up on the door with 'mateâ€™ â€˜grannyâ€™ or â€˜partnerâ€™ as you will have a long drive home.

The list is closed and over subscribed. Any names not on the door list as updated this morning will be turned away and escorted off their premises bye the venue staff as will those who came with them and reported to admin. There will be no allowance, no compromise and no discussion on this subject at the door. If your name is not on the list you will be refused entry. So do not waste your or the doormenâ€™s time.
