I hereby give permission for my daughter to attend your excursion, however can you please excuse any physical activity as my daughter has been having some problems of late with her knees, it seems that she keeps falling on them at after school clubs.
Also it has come to my attention that there seems to be a shortage of school uniform when she returns from such outtings please can you ask all pupils to return lost items.
Im afraid she has also been suffering from ear problems after such an evening due to bad music, Im pleased you have booked someone else this time as it states there will be good music played.
