Its a social so there is no pressure to do anything beyond hanging out with likeminded people.

£557 Saturday night for Cancer Research. Thank you to Alphabetty and Lakelandblonde with the Snogathon.

Plus the Friday night naked shipping forecast raised a total of £155 for the RNLI. Thank you LiamnSteve for organising this and of course Lapua and his wonderfully dressed weather girls for the excellent performance absolutely BRILLIANT. Now how are we going to top this ????? Suggestions on a postcard please.

as i suggested for this febuary social loz. i wud like someone to take the reigns plz nd put forward a chest waxing night at the june meet. dunno if im doing this right by leaving this suggestion for then. or u just want more donations raised from this social. im hopeles at times. i will get sponsors from work colleagues b4 i attend the june social nd prove to them wen back, i was daft enough to go through with it x

Thanks Loz, what an amazing night- by far the best one yet in my opinion! Great costumes from lots of people, an awesome crowd, brilliant music and as always I felt that we were made incredibly welcome by the bar staff and people at the venue- legends one and all.

Great news to have raised such a great sum for two brilliant charities, its amazing to see people dig so deep to donate- Thank you all for your generosity.

For my part, whenever I'm reading that Shipping Forecast (whether naked or otherwise!!) the thing that I always remember is that when I'm reporting that its going to be Rough or VERY Rough- its popular for people to hear apparently 😉 (who knew so many liked it rough eh?) but out there in the real world, there are thousands of volunteers all across the country standing by to go out in their orange and blue boats in the worst of weathers to assist anyone in trouble on/near the sea. Thanks to Liam for being the most persistent salesman I've ever seen and apologies to those who thought they'd actually bought an area of the ocean!

It just remains for me to say what I always say after the socials in Cov- if you missed it, you missed out!! and I'm very much looking forward to the next one already!

what a great event. As a virgin I was unsure what to expect, what I did get was great music, beer and great company.

It was so nice to put faces to the names and meet new friends.

Alas, the date is the 18th June, it's also Armed Forces Day (great theme ) and I'm at an event

at Headcorn Aerodrome in Kent or it would have been a consideration.

There will be a next time I'm sure.
