I recently went to two socials. At one where I stayed in a hotel with a double bed to myself I couldnt sleep and ended up driving home at 5am in the morning. At the other I slept on my new single airbed on the floor and had a great nights sleep :shock:

ok then Marcuso, im SHOUTING, that makes things a lot easier as i can get bus or train back in the morning, your an absolute star!
right i think transport there isnt going to be a problem either as im chatting to one or two people that i do know and i'm on the way too.
as for the psycho, well no your not far from wrong!
Based on previous viewings of people trying to blow up airbeds etc with their own breath :shock: I must remember to bring my trusty track pump, I could make a mint biggrin

Iâ€™ve had a word with a good friend of mine, and he is letting me use his house, (as its local and my bday present from him) to hold a house party after the Birthday Munch on 2nd September. He is well-known on the swing scene, but I must stress that this is my afters-party, all info and invites etc will come solely from me. This is not an open invite party and only those on the Munch guest list are eligible to attend â€“ no exceptions. As the venue is also someoneâ€™s home, I reserve the right to not release address details until very last minute.
A few nibbles will be laid on for you but you will need to bring your own bottle/beer/drinks. Weather depending, there may be additional covered room in the garden. There will be music (although not too loud as there are neighbours :scared and you are welcome to bring your own CDâ€™s too to ensure something for everyone :thumbup:
Eating, drinking and merriment will continue until whenever people drift off back to hotels/ home â€“ you will need to pre-book taxiâ€™s if youâ€™re needing one after 2am, ( taxi numbers will be in the final details pm) but if anyone coming can offer lifts, thatâ€™d be fantastic! (again, pm me please )
I stress that this will primarily be a social party and there is no expectation or obligation on anyone to play or be involved in anything more than a social drink/ chat with others. ....There will be playroom open upstairs if people want to play, but downstairs is TOTALLY social. Anyone breaking this rule or deemed to be making a pest of themselves will be asked to leave, again, no exceptions.
House Rules: No means No
No illegal drugs
No play downstairs
If youâ€™re interested in coming, so I can gauge numbers for food, let me know in this thread or pm me. I will not be publishing a list of attendees.
If you need to drop anything off ie. booze, for the afters party before the main event, you may do so after 3pm & drop in for pre-munch drinkies, just PM me and Iâ€™ll send you the details . There are no charges for this party.
