Daytime outdoor fun

HI, looking for active places mainly in Essex during the day, tried alot of suggested ones but no luck. 

I do travel UK so any suggestions nationally are welcome.

Probably quiet because we still have restrictions in place..

That is very true, I suppose meeting one other outside for exercise in the woods is not what borris meant lol...
