For any of you wishing to stay over, thier is a travel lodge next door to the venue, so accomadation will/should be easy.

Hi all,
The social list will be updated on Tuesday next week, there are many that have tentitivly shown and iterest and wish to go, but they need baby sitters or other reasons!!
I have not included these people in the list but would probably increase it by 50 to 70%
Although the social is open to everybody, we are trying to keep the levels of single guys to a reasonable level and equal to the number of single ladies and couples.
To all those i have yet to contact, i will do this on Tuesday, when i update the list of attendees.
If you have not recieved the venue and time by wednesday morning, please pm me and i will reply by early evening Wednesday

Sorry didnt Pm all u lovely ppl with the time and place last night (for those who have yet to get the info).....
I was detained by a lovely person so was unable to log on lol
