I'm still trying to work out where there's a hotel, and shagable (?) females in Clay X.
Ah - just remembered.
I'm sat in one. Hotel that is.
There's only 3 rooms.
There's still no sink in the bathroom redface

(Female "items" have tho' begun to appear in there :shock: )
There's still no sofa in the lounge surprised

Catering is only available in the summer months.
(Although - we do have a rather horny little chef on temporary contract at the moment :twisted: )
The grounds are 'limited'
(And any patio shagging has to be done on the "right" bench :oops: - OR; for the exhibitionists, there's the decking :oops: :oops smile

Guests have to be able to tolerate cats.
(Or take anti histamine tablets)
Guests should ideally pre-book.
(Not had any yet to outstay their welcome)
