To be fair you are quite specific in some of your requirements (and why not ;-) ) so it may be that arranging meetings of like minded minds takes a little time to get right....
Perhaps many have looked at your profile and gone away to mull things over (as cpls often do.....I know....I used to be one) before making initial contact dunno

Couples meeting couples always takes time to get right as there are 4 people to please so its best to get things right from the start dont you think ?
Maybe try the chatrooms or go to a social/party/munch and get to know a few people that way as well...
