We weren't, honest KitKat - I was going in as he was coming out.
God, that sounds even worse surprisedops:
Sod it, I ain't changing it now :D And I suppose you are saying now that you just gave it a tug, and it came off in your hand, but that is only because Wolvie must have been in there tugging it himself before you?
lhk
Were you there? Or has someone told you already
Well the new electrical rules brought in in Feb of this year state that if you repair your wiring you can do it yourself. So you will be taking on a big repair. It is only if you introduce a new ringmain that you need to declare it....
Anyway are you going to tell the local council that youve done it? I have for years done all my own Elec and Gas works, but if I do do work for others I can getfreinds to check out the System.
So if you need a shower fitting Ill do it for you warts an all
Well we have the house built, now we need a party. Im a chef i can do the buffet!!!!

lol  Does the 'j' in joiner need to be capitalised?
Well I think that if youve spent 4 years training to be something you deserve to have a capital.......and I am carp at typing...... lol

Really?
Why not? Qualifications taken and passed enabling you to do a job is worth while shouting about.

Indeed, it is. I didn't suggest that you were shouting, just that the capitalisation of the 'j' was unnecessary because it's neither at the beginning of a sentence, nor is it a proper noun. Like Ideas, Bacon and Eggs aren't. Did you mean 'crap' at spelling? biggrin

Am I forgiven? Miss Freckle? redface
Ooo - now I could really do with a plasterer.........and if he's any good at painting and decorating that would be a total bonus!!
:undecided: - contemplates overall cost of doing every wall in Super Fresco ....or a total-house re-plaster for other methods of payment ...
nice house, nice decor... with enough cash left over for that seagrass floorcovering I've been after for 3 years but can't get anyone to come fit it..........yet....
and while I'm at it, a nice block paved drive would be great! lol
watch out ladies he may come and tie up your pipes lol lol joke
