just wondering if anyone goes to the famous nudist beach in dorset ?, we love going there but often feel like it would be a great place to meet people, looking for fun in the dunes ?

I don't want to be difficult but why go to a naturist beach to have sex when you could go to any beach?
Studland is rightly famous and popular with families but it is suffering from a lot of adverse publicity at present and a lot of people are debating its presence. I just worry about sex on the beach adding to the debate?
Perhaps you could allay my fears on this?

we go there probably twice a week in the summer if we can ,and we have seen plenty of people playing there in the dunes , we just hoped to see some of the people on here ,down there just an idea thats all ?

There was a post about this last week, I was tempted to go down and have a look, but someone posted later on saying it was a family beach and that also there were a lot of police (undercover ? lol) there in the dunes etc .. not fancying the hassle I stayed away ..
That said it sounds like a fun idea if you have any others let me know .. in Portsmouth myself until weds so PM me if you like :-)

we love it down there hopefully going this week if weather improves
yes, used to great fun, but in recent years the national trust, who manage the area, have been decreasing the size of the nudist area, (see the nudists campaign web site) and in proportion the 'gay' area has increased at one side, and the 'family' area to the other.
As a result, police patrols, including undercover 'look outs' have increased, mainly to protect the unweary from wandering in.. this hasnt helped with many national press, including FHM and MAXIM publishing the 'embelished' picture of what sometimes happens down there.
- you can only imagine the type that those publications have attracted! (hence the increased patrols)
so in a word , be careful, and above all BE DISCREET!!
