You shouldn't have to keep asking her, its got to be something she wants to do also and not feel like she must just to keep you happy!
I would be careful here as it could cause you problems...

Totally agreed, this doesn't sounds right at all. 'Years of persuasion'??? You are only 26, this sounds like a very immature thing to do, I mean, as others have said, you don't 'persuade' anyone to swing, we all do it by our own choice. Please think about what you are doing.
