just a thought dory do you have couples blocked from mailing you as not getting mail may be a result of this or are you getting mail from other couples ... could be a glitch of sh perhaps mail admin to find out. as i know sugs would have sent the mail as she has stated

Thanks Sara, im not doubting that sugs wouldn't have, as you could appreciate its very frustrating lol, ive got one of those help tickets just waiting for them to reply, hopefully will get it sorted and hopefully meet everyone xxxxxx
