Ohh I sound like I am doing the shipping forecast - "Humber:

Forecast is pretty good for Monday, but just hope I can get away from work. If i have to work then I will only be able to get there late afternoon. Will anyone still be there?
Never yet been able to make a room meet as I always have kids around at weekends, so would love to be able to meet some like minded people for once.

That may depend very largely if anyone actually turns up at all in the morning rolleyes

- still getting replies in but mainly of the can't make it or hope to get there kind.
I get cold and sunburnt very quickly and get hungry too but having driven that far I will be trying to set an endurance record :lol:

Despite the fact it rained this evening and I had my last half at beer festival wearing suit, rain jacket, flat cap, gloves....

I forgot to say I mean to arrive on the naturist part of the beach at 1100 not the car park then.
If I am not there don't panic - it means I have overslept or was pissing about trying to find my blanket and flip flops as despite starting this thread on 1st April Ive been too busy tarting online to look for them yet lol

I will arrive at some point.
Last check for any late comers on here will be about 9am tomorrow morning.

Weather for Hunstanton and Wells today: Rainy symbol, max 12 degrees low winds, sun index of 4. By comparison Wednesday is max of 23 and sunny, bloody typical. As Homer sings on "The Simpsons Sing the Blues" "If it wasn't for bad luck, you know I wouldn't have no luck at all, and thats no lie"
Anyway the good british public are expecting Harry there this morning so I must breakfast and shave and sod off and be not very late ha ha eta now 1120ish.
Hopefully some kind lady will take pity on me shivering and give me a hug to warm me up.
Failing all that there is the Beers of Europe place on way home to cheer me up.

Dear Norris McWhirter
Please accept this entry for the least successful social of all time.
I posted this social 52 days before it took place, there were 1565 views of it, 42 posts to it and on the day only one other bloke showed up.
I travelled 123.2 miles for this with a total travel time of three hours forty-five minutes.
The weather was crap (it was supposed to be a naturist meet), and we only saw three other humans in a three hour period (all blokes).
Or has anyone beaten this?

Which I intend doing but likely to be driving home that night :cry: to save money, I just have to goto a certain club and stay over the friday night (which will probably be emptier than the beach was knowing my luck)
