Yes, there are some really nice and genuine people here. I've met with 5 couples and have had alot of fun. Some were one-offs while I met others on many occasions. Luckily I've never had any bad experiences or suffered from timewasters.

Lots meet people.
I usually see people posting timewaster posts on the forum after a meet went awry though. When asked how they checked if the people were genuine, they usually say I just took them at their word. This is the easiest way to be disappointed.
Some checks to use are:
1)Use the Cam system in chat. At least you can see what they say they are i.e. not really a bright kangaroo who has learnt to use the keyboard.
2) Meet people in a club. This way if you are stood up.......you can still play
3) Meet people in a pub. If they do not turn up then you can still have a pint....that is not a wasted journey when you can have a *pint (*delete and add your favourite tipple)
4) Talk to them on the phone, a female sounds a bit different to a hairy arsed builder from Notts.
5) If the partner is never around when you call then alarm bells should start ringing
6) Check the SHrep if they have it turned on.
7) Check their posting history. Are they regular users of the site.
8) Lots of other ways that members can add to here.
No one way is perfect and it can still lead to being messed about, but it has worked for us and we have not had many bad experiences i.e. being stood up. But that is part of the course with swinging so do expect a knock back or two.

If you want to meet you need to complete your profile and be prepared to show yourself, on cam or in pics, cam works best. No need to be nude, that's not what gen people need to see. If you wish to be taken seriously as a couple then the lady will have to prove she exists. Go to a social near you, as a couple, no one will hassle you, just meet for drinks and introductions.

I haven't met with anyone off here but I have met two lovely women from other sites. They have both become great friends with benefits 
I must agree with the earlier posts always have a chat on the telephone as early as possible. Recently I had a 'woman' contact me who said she had a bad throat. Yes because 'she' had an Adams' apple stuck in it lol.

Earthy :worship: Nope never managed to get a meet off the site though it is early days yet we have only been members for about 3-4 years, I guess our profile just doesn't say enough about us as some have suggested and 100+ pictures just aren't enough.
That aside have met many members of the site when we have been to clubs like Atlantis, Chameleons or in the past Utopia and we have met many at the Erotica event in London.
We still enjoy the site, we get to keep in touch with friends and hopefully we will make some new ones, though have to admit this week we have not renewed our "extras" membership.

The way I see it the more involved you get in the chat and social side, the better the site becomes, people get to know you and that must count for a lot. I think the socials and for me the B2R bikers group have been really good for for this. Obviously it help if your a biker for that one ;)

Chat loads regularly in the same chatrooms, drive silly distances to socials and never waste a non-playing friend, they can open huge doors.
Takes a lot of time but sooooo worth the effort.

Seriously, we have met loads of here, both socially and for fun, and we do use another site but find that with it being a free site, the majority of the members, although verified, are often time wasters. So far, we have only ever been let down once on this site and the guy did have the decency to let us know he couldnt make it.
Hope you find what you are looking for but as you say, happy, of course you are :lol:
For most on here the attraction seems to be the cams, nothing wrong with that, it's good fun for those who are into that, many seem to be dreamers who put no effort in and then wonder why the don't get any meets, some seem to enjoy the chase, the adrenalin rush of finding someone who wants to meet but then when thats done they seem to lose the excitment of it all and move on to the next chase never actually meeting.
That said there are a few genuine people and a lot of parties to be found, we still enjoy the site because the social side of the scene is fun too and you never know in a few more years we might get another meet lol.

Well we finally got a meet, a very nice couple who turned up on time at the agreed venue and were exactly what they said they were (as per thier profile and messages)
We had a great social night and as they were newbies and very nervous, only a social night, but it was 8 hours of great fun playing on the Wii and getting to know each other with a bit of flirting thrown in, all in all a great success and we are already looking forward to a second meet.
