Is there a date you could attend? How about the week after that? It seems a shame that you brought this up and then would not be able to attend.
I am currently waiting on the details for a venue, when I have that I will book it and then post it in LMU.

most of my weekends are already taken up with one thing or another, so at the moment thats the only weekend i can guranee to be there... If you all decide that a different weekend is better i will just have to try and re-arrange things.
Like i said before a Herts/ beds munch is long over due, so please go ahea with which ever date is more suitable

I will be organising the Herts/Beds Munch for May 13th next year. I have already booked the venue but I wasn't going to create a thread for it till later in the year but it seems that was taken out of my hands. So before anyone starts planning dates/hotels etc please bear in mind that the munch will be in May .. and not March..
Mods. Can u lock this thread please so that I can start an officlal thread. tks
