I say I never trust the mileage calculator, if its right then I get to yours averaging nearly 60mph :lol2:
Location is much more helpful but will have to see who replies.

thanks to all who came last night - cples from here like urrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr non existant - thank goodness for other sites,nooooooooooooooo that's a lie - gr8 cple from here (but we already know them mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm)
won;'t bother again putting a party on here cos no one bothers

no offence.... but you did only give people on this site all of 5 days notice.....
not everyone can do stuff like this on short notice....real life gets in the way, sometimes it does that planning, childcare, hotels, transport ect ect.....
I think this snipe is actually just a bit out of order...
harry will tell you from having been all over the country that these things are well supported as long as you give people notice......
maybe thats the lesson you should learn and i am disappointed that you felt you had to do something like this....

Fabio my good man not seen you for ages. I'd normally be first to agree with you if this were a one off short notice post but whilst it was admittedly short notice its a historic failure of people wanting to attend and being the anorak I am....

Even with 2 months notice and 6000 views I bet there weren't anymore than 6 from sh at that party.
However thats most timely and wise advice for useless disorganised me, my next social is this month, however I fear my continual love of holding them at beer festivals may scare people away :lol2:
There was a big thread on here of Cambridgeshire folk saying nothing ever happens last year just six weeks before my social which had one bloke in attendance, I think its something in our water down here makes us antisocial :lol2:
