Hypothetical Question

If a couple in their early 40s were looking for a pub/bar in south-west London where they might meet someone (yes, a dreaded single male) to chat them up and join them for the rest of the evening, has anyone got any suitable suggestions for tomorrow night? We wouldn't want to do the approaching and we want to be able to just have a drink and leave it at that if we don't want to take things further; sorry if that makes us sound fussy and lazy. Maybe we are smile

It's a hypothetical question atm as we're not definitely going out in case you're wondering.

apparently all the pubs n bars in that area will be closed but they have assured us that there are going to be plenty open up in the east midlands...and i know them all!!!

It's hypothetical because we're not sure that we're going out for various reasons that will resolve themselves tomorrow. Seems pointless asking the question tomorrow though hence the fairly careful phrasing. And no, we're not News Of The World journalists looking for a south London swinging expose or thugs looking to beat someone up. Just a couple who don't want to place an ad and took the name of the forum at face value.
