I don't think the black part is the issue to be honest, it may have something to do wiith the fact that no one can possibly gain ay sort of understanding of what your like through the couple of words you've posted about yourself.
p.s why have you used your skin colour as a "selling" point about yourself? - just wondering? is it an inferance that you've got a big cock? if so why not just say!!

Not sayiing it's a problem, but his only physical descriptor is black, no mention of anything else, i would presume if you placed an ad with some sort of description of your hair you'd offer further details about height, body size etc.
I was just wondering why he felt tthe need to only offer the black bit thats all.

Oh, I didn`t mean to suggest that yousaw it as a problem, but he did, and I cringed to think that hisidea of racism would be enforced by the suspician! And yes, I would offer a great deal more.

I am just new to this scene and is trying to get a foot in through the door so forgive me.
It seems like hard work getting noticed on this site and every time I seem to post or putup anything which states I am a blk 25 yo guy or even blk guy either I get rude PM comments or ignred and this is not nice.
Excuse me if I appeared to jump the gun a little!

Your problem is that if your are only using 25 yo and black in your description, then in getting a curt response then I suppose it might be easy for you to narrow the problem down to your use of the word black. However, the problem is broader than that, it`s your approach in its entirety, or perhaps I should say lack thereof.
Although there are some here who find the anonymous act exciting, with so many time wasters on the site, a little more effort is needed before people will take offers of meets etc seriously. They need to see that a member is prepared to put the effort in. Single men in particular have their work cut out for them, as there are so many.
If you are single, then your best bet would be to join in the conversation in the Cafe, and not to PM girls without invitation until you are a little better known, or at least have something more to offer than just a brief description.

Nothing to forgive to be fair, what may be an idea is if you have a look through the various advice threads on this place - some good stuff , in the main what doesn't SEEM (seem as in i am sure it has worked for some on the odd occasion) is a one line advert. For some strange and quite unfair reason women seem to want to actually know something about you. (pains in the arses i know but needs must and all that!!
)There is no hard and fast strategy for "success" just be yourslef and get to know peeps - if possible attend a munch or two.
Have fun and i hope you get what you want.
My last thing, please please please take the chip of your shoulder about the racism stuff, you'll find the people on here are some of the most open minded and liberal peeps about, and to suggest that most people on here are racist is well wide of the mark.

If you read the photo ads theres many ladies out there specfically looking for black men, and im sure the rest of the people on here dont really care if your black or not.
Even peoples responses up to where you made this comment where only pointing out that from your original post you didnt say anything about yourself, or seem like you had open friendly attitude!
