Just coz he is free in the afternoon, does not make him a time waster.
He could be, milkman, postman, baker, farmer, early shift worker etc

Sarah was right I am a Baker in fact I own it thats why I have a lot of time of , she is also right by saying I am not a time waster. I am genuine lokking for some fun in the afternoon . Phil.
