we just got home, was good to catch up with everyone, caz well done girl xx shame on all those who put names down and dont bother to turn up, think most of us will know who to avoid for anything more .always said reliable guys(in our case) are hard to never mind been a great night , great laugh and pubgypsy cant wait to see the pics of ur prize lolxx

This has been on the forum for weeks for all to see, if you bothered to look.
No-one was hand selected, we are not like that. No-one was mailed, we just out our names down and no-one would have been refused.
The venue was fine, it's not easy to find a venue who will let us have a room, if you think you can do better well you go ahead!

Well as unusual as it is for us to reply to any kind of bickering on here as im sure the people who know us well will vouch, (we are on here for fun not squabbles). We think that for the sake of caz n phil this tit for tat should stop right here..
No we dont think people should moan at others for not attending as people have the right and there own reasons for not coming or maybe just changed there minds, and they should not be made to feel bad by those who did. There is no wonder others get defensive and arguments begin.( There is some understanding on that side of it )..
On the other hand if they wanted to come and did not get the right info then surely a simple mail to caz n phil would have sorted that, then perhaps they would of had some understanding that it was not hand selected people but the fact that caz (bless her and thankyou) struggled on without phil and with problems of there own, so we could all have OUR social. No wonder some things got missed or muddled. (WELLDONE CAZ)
As for s**t hole venue,
1 We went and i dont appreciate being made to feel our standards are lower than others so i will now get a little defencive
1 it was a private room..
2 dosen't it show a lack of understanding and complete narrow mindedness to say that about a place where others go to drink and have fun. three times we have been to that venue for a social and everytime we were welcomed warmly by the staff and regulars alike..
But the main thing is that caz n phil have had a lot to deal with privately and should be praised for there efforts not argued about.
Otherwise, next time they might think twice about holding another, THEN WE ALL MISS OUT DON'T WE..
Right thats us done. now we are off and back to getting on with our own fun :lol:
