It annoys us when people come on the site and say things like this. Yes there are genuine people on the site who do meet up and even have, dare i say it, sex!! :shock:
The problem is buster you are in a majority group, for every couple there is 5 single males (at least) and for every single female there are 10 (at the very least) single males. This creates a problem for single males in that its only the ones who generally put a lot of effort into the site and getting to know its members that get the results and the most from the site.
We took this opportunity to check out your profile and add, your profile isnt really that detailed and your add consists of one sentence! Possibly if you took a little time to rewrite your add and profile, telling people a little more about you and what you are looking for, then you might attract more people to reply to you, its kind of like a peacock displaying the boldest feathers!
You could also try getting on the chatrooms and getting yourself known on there its a more direct method of chatting and getting to know people and if you come a cross as a decent sort people will welcome you in.
The other alternative is, disregard all of the above carry on as per normal and write another 20 of these "is there any genuine people?" threads annoying yet more of the genuine folk that you are on about.

I just had a quick read through Buster's previous posts and they seem to be a mixture of complaints about 'genuine' people, not getting replies and 'oh well nothing happening again/poor me I missed out again'. Sprinkled with a bit of 'ask xxxxx, I met them in xxxxx club'
Those type of posts might be putting some people off if they also check his post history.

well that got some mail from that add for a change un like the mails i have replyed to and no its not pour little old me thanks very much it dosent take a min to send a mail to say not thanks dose it or is that to much to ask and you try to chat to people in the rooms and your not in the gang then you aint got a chance any way weather i was single or a couple and write the best add on my profile and adds just loads of time waster it would seem

People don't always have the time to reply - so yes, it could be too much to ask.
