So far there are 48 people on the list including myself.
Still room for more people to attend. Only those who are active members of the forum or chatroom, who have been on the site for a while and/or can be vouchsafed for as genuine by other established members can be considered for the list.
If anyone currently on the list wants to see the entire guest list as it stands, please PM me and I will send it to you.
Also, if you require a list of hotels please get in touch asap.

Being horny is not a requisite for going to a munch. The munches are purely social occasions where people meet for a drink and a chat and even the odd game of chess! They are not sex parties. And as Sarah1448 has pointed out you need to have joined before the Sorry Chaz, but I have to decline an invitation on this occasion.

This makes me feel as tho I've got to arrange a meet with a stranger just to get to meet people in a group ( which for a newbie i feel is far safer)
I have found most on here to be friendly but if i got to arrange a meet with someone to get into a munch it will just be my luck to pick a srew ball .
I dont know what else newbies can do .. i come on the forum most days and leave the odd post.

You don't have to meet a stranger or shag them to get to go to a munch. What most munch organizers will want to see is that you have joined in on the forums or chatroom for some time, so that people have got to know you and you them. This ensues that when you do go to a munch you will know who people are and will find it easier to join in and get to meet people. This is a mini-munch mainly for people who have met before and know one another. The mini-munches are becomming popular amongst more established members for this reason, that they can relax and enjoy themselves in company they already know. There are larger munches which can accomodate a larger number of newbies which are always welcome, but still you will find that you have to be an active member of the site to get an invite. There are also plenty of other things being orgaized on SH, such as small socials, parties and visits to clubs, so no shortage of opportunities to meet people. Have patience and show a commitment to the site and you will be invited to go to munches.

There are valid reasons for organisers to set a cut off date for any event they are organising - especially when they are Munches (either Mini or Large Events).
People who are relatively new are asked if they have met anyone who would be prepared to vouch for them. If they have then the organiser would tend to allow them attend but if they haven't who is gonna say that they are genuine? They may well be reporters or sommut similar - the organisers need to be allowed some lattitude over their parties providing they do not discriminate.
I applaud LoveCommando on how he is organising this event - he has operated a very fair policy to protect his guests on the night. By keeping the Guest list off of the forum he is protecting their right to privacy so that they can enjoy the event without any problems.
Ask yourselves would you be happy at a social event where you are constantly under scrutiny by someone who has just days before joined the site. Who no one knows anything about - who does not understand that Munches are not sex Parties so to safeguard the privacy of those attending organisers give a cut off date to allow the site to get to know people before asking them to join a meet. Hope this makes some sort of sense.

As for not knowing newbies how can you when there not invited !

Its your munch so yes its up to you who you invite but I do know someone from here .. and i am active on the forum altho only been in the chat room 3 or 4 times as my time on here is limited .

I assume that manofmuchfun isn't the mystery personality that you're refusing to identify?? Bit bloody daft if it is 'cos you've already named him above. If it isn't then why don't you ask him to vouch for you? Why be so obtuse?
The guidelines that the munch organisers follow to arrange a munch were made for a reason. Whining isn't going to change them so maybe a little positive action is called for?
