I am organizing a social evening/mini-munch in Leicester on Saturday 23rd April 2005. This is at a friendly venue/pub close to the centre of Leicester, but away from the usual Saturday night crowds. I have spoken to the manager and he is aware that we are a group of people who belong to an 'adult internet' site and that people of diverse sexual lifestyles will be present. He has kindly offered to have an area of the pub screened off for our use only, all free of charge. In effect we will have a room to ourselves with close access to the bar itself. The room could hold 40-50 people, the rest of the pub could hold a lot more so there is plenty of space.
This event is only open to those who are established or regular users of the forums and chatroom. It is only open to active members who joined before Invites will only be given to those I have already met or know to be genuine users of this site, or to those who can be vouchsafed for by other established members. If you wish to attend add your name to this thread or PM me. I will publish a list later. Anyone who wishes to remain anonymous may do so and their names will not appear.
I will be selective as to who gets on the list and my decision will be final. This is for reasons of security which I take very seriously! I will be working in conjunction with the Mods & Op's whilst compiling the list, so anyone who is not a trustworthy user of this site will not be included. If you are fairly new to this site and do not get on the list please do not complain, there will be other larger munches for you to go to in the future. Remember, this social is for established and regular members of the site only, or those who are known to be genuine people i.e. not press or chancers. A list of names of those attending will also be present on the evening and anyone identified as not being a member of SH will not be welcome.
Just as a reminder, this is a meeting in a public place and a purely social occasion, so no playing please in the venue itself. Dress code is whatever you feel comfortable in, but remember there will likely be other members of the public present in the pub. The evening will start from onwards until closing time. Food will be available which you can order from the bar.
Train and bus stations are a 5 mins taxi ride from the venue, as are the hotels. Please PM me for details of these. I will not be giving out details of the exact location of the venue until close to the date. Finally, in the interests of safety, please do not give out these details when they are released to anyone unconnected with this event. Thank you.

Yes Judy, security is going to be a high priority. Though this meeting will be in a pub, we will have part of the pub to ourselves and no one will be allowed into our area who is not an SH member. The landlord will not stand for any nonsense either! He stands to make a good nights takings, so it's in his interest to keep us happy.
