Mal''s World tour of Britain! 9th - 14th April

Itâ€™s that time of year when Spring has sprung and a manâ€™s thoughts turn to lust! :mrgreen:
With Easter just around the corner, I thought it a good idea to plan my round the world trip of the UK. I have no destination in mind, Iâ€™m just gonna jump on my bike and ride!! :eeek:
And this is where you come in.
Iâ€™m free from Thursday 9th April through to the Tuesday after Easter and Iâ€™m looking for the following:
Tea stops coffee

Lunch stops
Overnighters :yawn:
And any other types of meet you care to think of! :grin:
Now it doesnâ€™t matter where you live because depending on the responses will determine my route. I donâ€™t mind if I travel North, South, East or West, I just want to spend some time travelling around and meeting up.
So if you would like to meet up, even if itâ€™s just for a cuppa, give me a shout and let me know whereabouts you are and I can start planning my route.
Oh, and if you are also a biker and would like to ride along, even for a short while or longer, just give me a shout. Itâ€™ll be nice to have some company.

We're home in Newcastle 9th-12th and we're actually doing a run out on the bikes with the lads on Good Friday (annual straight Geordie boys thing) if the weather's fine - you're welcome to join us if you're up this way. I'm then over in the Northwest 12th-14th and about for tea and cakey bun if you get over there.

It looks like the route will be to the NorthEast on Thursday and that bike ride on Friday sounds good, Bloke.
Still no plans for the rest of the weekend at the moment, but as I'm oop norf, how about Bonny Scotland?
Anyone North of the border available? :lol:

Bloody Jockenese!! lol

I'll have you know I've completed and successfully passed the Drunken Glaswegian Linguist Course with a mentor from the Scots DG's. I then did the refresher course with the Scottish Infantry Division, so go away and boil your head please. rotflmao

Anyway, update on the route so far.
Thursday travelling up the NorthEast side of the country.
Friday out on bike ride with some confused Northern/Southern/Scouse git. Depending on where this goes/finishes I'm undecided where I'll go Friday night, so invites still welcome :lol:
Saturday still very flexible but if nothing comes along I'll be heading over to the NorthWest. I haven't been to a club for a while, so an invite could be good wink

Sunday daytime is probably sorted, as is Sunday evening.
Monday and Tuesday is still very free, so maybe SouthWest/Wales??
Tea stops all greatfully accepted and if you would like to meet up one evening and can't accommodate, just let me know and I may be able to book a room somewhere near.

I have now successfully reached the frozen Norf and been fed and watered and my bike secured (nice people up here! lol

). Tomorrow my plans have changed, so I am heading towards the North Pole and will probably be overnighting in the Edinburgh-ish area.
