I'm going to be holding a small (30-40person) party between Xmas and New year at my house in Chesterfield. On the 29th Decenber to be exact.
It will be a bring-a-bottle party as usual and food will be laid on. Nothing as lavish as the food at my birthday party, just a few sarnies and nibbles etc.
I have a load of music on disc, but would always appreciate it if people would bring some to play too, so that we have a variety to suit everyone's tastes.....(not too loud though cos I don't think neighbours will be too pleased)..................lol
I've had interest off 4 couples and a few singles already and people who I have already met and know to be genuine will get preference.
Others will be put on a standby list and if any of the originals drop out will go on the invite list.
Sorry to have to do this, but I do have to limit it to a maximum of 40 if I get that much interest.
I just want to re-iterate that this will primarily be a social party and there is no guarantee of anyone playing. If it happens, then it happens, but there is no guarantee.

I can only put you on the reserve list at the mo Helen, until I've given everyone thats been to one of my parties before a chance to get their names down. Really sorry about this, but it does seem the fairest way to go about things. You are top of the reserve list though if thats any good to you, and as soon as I get more than a dozen names on the list I'll put it on the thread.
