As some of you regulars may already know, my birthday is in November, so I’m holding a party to celebrate my 40th birthday on 12th November. It will be at a bar near me in the Chesterfield area.
It will NOT be a munch as there will be a few non-members of the site who are close friends attending (see edit at the bottom of this message)
I held my 39th on 13th November at my house and it went really well.
I’ve looked through the invite list and there were 87 people turned up, so you can imagine it was a little cramped in a small 2-bedroomed semi……………..lol
I’ve hired somewhere this time so that we can get more people in. Hopefully make it the biggest 40th birthday party anyone “non-famous†has ever held………lol
There will be food laid on and a disco.
It will cost nothing to come, but I will be passing a hat round for contributions for the food and hire of the bar. The contribution will be totally voluntary and no-one need feel pressured to put anything in if they don't want to.
There is no restriction on who can come, whether you be a single male, single female or a couple, but you MUST be a regular user of the forum or chatroom.
The cut-off date for being invited will be October 12th 2005,(a month before the party date) so if you have joined after that date, unless a known member can vouch for you, then I’m afraid that this time I won’t be able to put you on the invite list.
