thanks Joy..we had thought of that but we can only meet during the day and most hotels dont check in till 2 or 3 pm.....anyone need house sitters....lol

Try a swing club, most open about 11am and charge minimal rates for couples!!!

Same situation. Used Travelodge as they let you check in at 12 for a tenner. Met many people in the daytimes and they are everywhere! If i lived in Yorkshire i'd show ya! How long does it take to drive....hmmm...!!
