I dont want to rain on your parade, so to speak, but your not giving anyone much notice.
It may have been better had you given a weeks notice of your intentions 8) In that way, people could have had time to reply and to make any neccessary arrangements to meet you.

In addition you give no idea of what the venue may be. Is it at your home,
