Midlands Social Events

We would like to try going to a social event to meet new people, but we only seem to hear about the events after they've happened.

Are there any social events in the Midlands area planned soon and what's the best way to find out about social events in general?

There always used to be a very active social scene around the West Midlands. Definitely keep an eye on here for parties at Chams and socials - there was a popular one in Coventry. 

There was an active social scene with a social held in the midlands 2/3 times a year but that seems to have come to a standstill this year. Just keep an eye on the forum I'm sure something will crop up xx
