This Saturday evening sounds fine.
8 - 10 guys would be great, over 30's only please or at least the majority to be over 30 and have a little experience, sure you can sort it out within your group.
Could you ask the guys to arrive around 9pm ish, not too happy about guys wandering in all hours as it tends to disturb the flow..lol
