newcastle location for small intimate party -

hi guys ,
in the early stages of arranging an intimate get together in newcastle on 22nd sep. about 4 to 5 couples and 2 or 3 singles (male and female)
would prefer younger couples up to the age of 36. this will be based on suitability to ensure the hottest sexy action. so if you are an exceptional couple or single male or female who would be interested please drop a line !!!!!
venue will be an clean flat with 2 bedrooms and a large lounge for plenty of fun xxx

We are both 49 years old. We had a party last weekend and we can assure you we were more than capable of lasting the distance !! Age is just a number! :twisted: :twisted:
