Having slept soundly through both alarms, I have luckily been woken by the postman bringing me my new nine dvd will hay box set biggrin

I had a fantastic time. Thank you so much for inviting Lisa and I in for coffee in the afternoon so she knew more evening attendees than just me, I know she was most appreciative and so was I. Thank you also for looking out for me and trying to keep me under control (I was a bit of a hyperactive kid last night and know it wasn't easy). :rose:
I arrived very excitedly having enjoyed a bottle of pickled partridge, and surpassed myself compared to normal by naming everyone present to the lovely lisa who accompanied me. I was quickly at home chatting to all, again big apologies to those I never got a proper catch up with, and always pleasant to meet new people (even if it turns out some recognised me - I can't hide anywhere can I :lol2 smile

.
I was unusually slow to the dance floor, taking to it only to speak to a hen party in case they needed a cheap stripper for the night (they didn't), but later in the evening we all had a good dance to make up for the lost time there.
My one list entry was soon ticked off (saying hello to docked), and before I knew it the hands of the clock had sped round and the evening or at least the social part of it was over.
I managed to get lost twice on the way home but made it finally.
Looking forward immensely to the next one as is another person cool
