North East social BBQ in Aug - When is best for you?

Hiya gang!! :D

We would like to have a BBQ at ours in August but when is best for everyone. It would have to be a Saturday night but any Sat in Aug is fine with us. Suggestions please by next Sunday and then i will put it up in the forum. :drinkies:

august 30th is a thursday,not sure how many ppl would turn up with work the next day..

oooh 18th is fine for me am in blackpool weekend before on a gay 50th and camping hopefully bank holiday
but
there is the distinct possibility my other half will be up that weekend as i am dumping him the one before and after, he is a member on here if thats ok
