Hi all
Right we have been overwhellmed with the responce and I am starting to think we may well overrun this sall pub, so a place a big bigger has been found, it a few minutes further away from the last place but still withing close reach from the hotel I have been sending people directions for.
We are also going to close the list on this for a few day, while we check through everyone on the list is comeing still.
So can you please send me a PM saying you are still coming and then I can get the numbers right.
If anyone has any question on the social meet up just let me know, Both Martin and Myself will do our best to answer them.
We have also had an offer from a club not to far away, they are happy to do reduced enterance fee's for anyone who wishes to go on there after, I know some of you may well have been there before so can give the place the thumps up.

i can confirm... but i know a lot of people who want to go in the chatrooms... have put there names down and haven't heard back anything from the organisors, so don't if they have been accepted or not.......
maybe if the organsors sent out e-mails to everyone asking if they still wanted to go it would help.....
