"Jaffa cakes"?? I know it's a bit boring over in Naarch but surely you could do more than munch biscuits. Or am I missing some swinging code phrase here?
Mr Licks
Boring? Down in rainy Cornwall, lifes so interesting we'd happily debate whether jaffa cakes are in fact biscuits!!! wave
Well, they're quite obviously cakes as they have a sponge base and the fact that they're called Jaffa Cakes.
The fact that they're placed in the biscuit aisle in ASDA is beside the point. biggrin
At least we know who to ask for advice on any biscuit/cake queries. Very useful. lol
The big question is: How do you eat yours?
Personally I eat the chocolate first, then bite eat the sponge biscuit bit and then put the jekky bit in and let it melt on my tongue biggrin
Thing is once you open the packet they are bound to get finished quickly lol
For non-jaffa cake fans, there's always shortbread...or, the big daddy of cakes, Battenberg.....
Come on ladies, how can you resist, perhaps if you asked nicely he'd take you shopping in the cake department of M & S first. wink

Ooohhhh.... well I nibble slowly all the way around the edge and then move in on the tasty bit.
But if you were to ask me how I eat Jaffa cakes then that would be a different story.
Jezzay.
But I'm all "tasty bit" ....
