Lets get down to the nitty gritty…Admission for the dogging will be £12 per person (there will be a discount on the admission price if we get more than 12 people attending)
My plan is to charge everyone, who plans to go dogging, the full price of £12. Assuming we get the discount, then the cash balance left over will be distributed evenly amongst those who turn up on the night...
Please note: once you have paid your Admission money, there will be NO refunds after the cut off date....
Don’t worry, this is a non-profit making night out as all cash left over, after any discounts have been received and no shows, will be evenly distributed on the evening of the event.
Now the practical stuff…
Admission will include the following:
Admission,
Race card,
2 x Drinks Voucher,
Lucky Dip Jackpot Bet
And a Return Admission Offer
The cut off date for sending in the entrance fee will be Thursday 11th Sept. 2008
If by this time you have not sent in your money, then you will not be allowed to attend the event unless you make your own arrangements and pay the full gate admission price.
(I cannot accept any cheques unless I receive them at least 7 days prior to the posted cut off date to allow for clearing)
I repeat…please remember that, although I am asking for the full price, if the numbers are reasonable, then there will be a discount given to us by the racetrack and left over money will be distributed on the night of the event. If after the cut off date you can’t make it, then I am sorry but there will be no refund as it may affect the discount we are given.
And finally………………………If you just want to go to the evening for the drinking and dancing then there is no problem with this…just let me know that you wont be going to the dogging part of the evening. It’s appreciated that not everyone wants to go to the dogs and may just want to drink and dance. But please be aware that “them that’s going dogging” won’t be arriving at the dancing until about 11/

Single guys!!!! ... I have decided to restrict the numbers to 10... trying to keep the numbers balanced. So first names down are in!!! (You must be a regular site member and preferably known to me).
Drinking and dancing - after the dogging has finished at approximately we will then make our way to central Manchester and boogie the rest of the night away.
