partners or xanadus

went to partners on saturday,had a great time but their were too many single males over what xanadus is like ,it did have a bad reputation is it any better now?can only go to clubs on saturdays where most of the clubs are open house

I've been to Xanadus once before but on a friday and it was pretty much dead. There were only a handful of single guys and no more than half a dozen couples. They claim it's much busier on a saturday, but they also said that about friday. I'm going again end of this month to their end of month party. Hopefully it'll be a lot busier then.

Never been to partners, but went to xandaus on a saturday night, not very busy at all and most there were single guys wouldnt go back again

In a choice between Partners or Xans I would pick Partners every time. Yes, Partners is busy with single guys on Saturdays, but if you don't like that, why not try a Friday when it isn't quite so busy, or a Thursday for couples night? I guess most single guys will be over 35 wherever you go though confused

I think Partners is the the same as Neros. If so its a great club probably the best in Manchester area. I went there last week with a female fiend it was magic. It sounds like you did not go on their couples night as some nights singles are allowed.

My g/f and i have been to xanadu three times now,and always been very quiet,with just a handfull of guys hanging around.
We fancy going again soon,but by the sounds of things,maybe we'd be better off trying Partners....but where is it??

. But if you had a great time anyway, I'm wondering why the men over 35 were such a problem?

Agree with Blue, Partners is best. We were there on Thrursday last week (couples night) and there were lots of other couples. Would recommend it to anyone.

partners has a great wet area, lots of fun to be had there, and also love the swing, we have never been to xanados but maybe will one day. but i think partners would win everytime xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx wink

How busy is it on a saturday night? Are there always long queues of single guys outside?
Just trying to gather whether it's worth making the trip to Bury and paying the membership or just walk down the road to Xanadus

hi in reply to your question we would both recommend Partners as we found the staff to be curtious and helpful, the other guests extremely welcoming and the single guys, horny but respectful of our wishes. We will definately be going back and more than likely this weekend. :twisted:

Partners does get busy on a Saturday night but there's plenty of couples there usually, as wll as single guys. I've never seen a huge queue of them waiting to get in :shock: .
Whether or not it is worth you paying the membership is your choice, but it's deffo one of the best clubs in the NW and lots of people from SH to go there, so perhaps it is?
