Planning A Party-Advice Needed!

Hello! I'm planning a party at my house and was looking for some advice from anyone who's hosted such an event. I'm a single guy with only a couple of contacts on here so if anyone has any do's and don't's then i'm all ears. Cheers in advance. wink

Hi and :welcome: to the forums!
From personal experience, I would only attend a house party where I have got to know the host first (discretion, security etc) so my advice would be to see if you could get to any of the socials, munches, parties or club get togethers that members have advertised on here and build up some more contacts. You could then effectively return the favour by playing host to your new-found pals.

Yeah thats a good call actually. The trouble for me is i work most weekends so often i can't get to the socials. I have some free time over the next couple of months so thats where the party idea came from. Will have to re-think-me-thinks! Thanks for the message though.
