Possible Midlands Munch

Ok folks.... We have been thinking about organising a Midlands Munch but due to our motor sport commitments we do not have that many weekends free in our diary...
At the minute we have 27th August free and then any weekend free from 15th Oct, so I thought I would put a poll up to see which date would be the most popular....
Please note we dont have any idea about a venue yet so it may not actually happen, but because of the dates being so far away there is time to organise it lol

only problem with August date is that is the bank holiday week-end and i think quite a few people will be away.....but be good to see a local munch....

glad that you are organising a mids munch.. i voted for the november date only because the august date is a week before leicestermunch and the october date is a week after the north east munch......
but whichever date you decided i will see if i can do...

I voted for the December one cause of the reasons that Sean outlined but also because November is Marcuso's Birthday.....
But the October one would also be okay with me......

Yep Helen.....that's the date I picked too........not too soon after my birthday one and not too near anything else at the mo.
Please don't hold it on 12th November.

I voted for December. August is busy for many folks as there's either 'lots happening' or they're off on hols - for me it's the Edinburgh International Film Festival which is serious stuff in my diary saddo film addict that I am! October is ok but only a week after the proposed NE Munch - two England trips on successive weekends would be pushing it for me. November I've got dance commitments. December's often quiet so why not . . .

decisions decisions......i went for the bank holiday one because oct is near a munch so is november and december is unaffordable. but there again august is near another munch as well.

Hi there have checked my roster for the year Oct,Nov,Dec. dates are fine. I think December would be the best :happy: :happy: :happy:

Noooooooooo not December, think of all the Christmas Parties that will be going on. Its also an expensive month, be hectic trying to book hotels, the driving will be a nightmare. As for getting sitters for those that need then, wow thats going to be hard.
October really would be a better option biggrin

August or DEC would be good, as NE munch is in October rolleyes

we couldn't manage 2 munches so soon after each other, marcusso party Nov,
which leaves Dec if we want to be greedy an attend them all lol
