I attended last year.
I found it very cliquey, no one made an effort to speak to me. I tried to make conversation with several couples, some people responded, but made excuses, one couple even turned their back on me.
The only time the owner spoke to me was to ask for my entry fee, when I mentioned I hadn't attended before and didn't know where anything was, I was told in a brusque manner that someone inside would help me.
That said, I know a lot of people that love the Radlett parties, so it might have just been me.
