I'm a slightly nervous first timer who fancies going to Rio's on Friday evening but would rather not go on his own.

Rios is just like a swimming pool kinda place. But a lot more relaxed.
Don't be afraid of going on your own. The bar staff are very friendly.
Get your cup of tea or coffee, and biscuits, and chill out in the whirl pool.
I go when I feel like I could do with a mini holiday.
The massages are nice, too. Phone up and book one in advance.
You don't need to bring anything. They'll give you a towel as you walk in.
It's a pound for the locker.
