Thanks for that idea Sarah, but I am yet to get my glasses fixed, and my haircut and shower and then it will take between 90 mins and two hours to travel, so some simple sums preclude me from pubbing it.

Morning all
Herewith the first report back from Rio's.
Arrived in my usual style - Two hours late lol
Was quickly made welcome and all present who I had particularly asked to identify themselves did so. Cheers for that folks.
Despite me being very picky and hypersensitive, ie Sauna was too hot, steam room too hot, jacuzzi made my eyes water, pool was too cold, food had bits in etc, I had a wonderful time.
Everyone was very sociable and we had a good laugh.
I have to say though I thought I was going to have to stay put in the Jacuzzi all day, after one female of our number strolled into the jacuzzi giving my eyes a full frontal and well you can all guess the rest but I was too worried about offending any members of public had I gotten out then with it being damn obvious how I was feeling.
My first ever time in a jacuzzi and I will be back for more. Next time I will make sure I am not out in the same evening thus having to leave early.

Sorry you were unable to make it, but thanks for posting to let us know what happened to you.
To everyone else that failed to turn up, but yet confirmed, you are putting our special door rate in jeopardy, because Rio's put extra staff on to look after us, and 15 of you were missing.
In future please make sure if you confirm, you attend or text / pm the organiser to explain why you are unable to attend, preferably before the event, so we can let Rio's know, they still have to pay these extra staff.
Apart from the above moan, I had a good time and roll onthe next one.
This was my first social and also first visit to Rios and I enjoyed it on both counts. I've only been to Raqs (in Walthamstow) before and so to see a plusher venue was nice (although the playrooms downstairs were a bit pokey and basic (and empty!) ).
To all I said hello or chatted too - it was great to meet you. And those I didn't - was there anyone? - doh! Hope to chat next time!
Thanks Sarah. I'm sorry Gilly didn't turn up. I hear your reasons for why this is such a pain. Maybe if I get more into S&M I can bring her on a lead next time. Hmm... Oh yes, err...
