Anyone who is not on my lists will not be part of our social event.
I will remind you all very publicly to please keep all the details of this to yourselves because it is a public forum and a public venue which means anyone could be attending. This is for your own safety, annonymity and security as well as that of others on the list.
I'll be PMing a Rocky Horror Virgin's guide link for you to read through as well as details for meeting up for a drink before hand and the option to go out for a drink and boogie afterwards too.
Please make all other arrangements separate to this thread but not mentioning the hotels you're staying in nor the actual date of this event. biggrin

It is first come, first served based on payment for the tickets with the cut off date being the 31st March. After this date, if the payment has not been made the place will be lost and places will be offered to those on the reserve list. Please PM me if there is anything you need to ask.
Hi folks,
The Rocky Horror Show is coming back on tour in 2007 and with the popularity of last year's outing to the theatre I wondered if people would be interested in going again?
The dates for the Manchester shows are Monday 11th - Saturday 16th June and I'd be aiming to book either Friday 15th or Saturday 16th of June depending on opinions of people wanting to come along.
*edit* the date is booked and available to those wanting to go via PM :)
If you fancy it please send me a PM or reply with any questions on the thread. The intent is to make a group booking, meet up for a drink then go into the theatre together maybe with drinks afterwards if people wanted to.
We had such a great time last time, I hope people will want to go again! :D

Please Note this is a social gathering. This is a non play, no profit event.
Due to the event being held in a public theatre, there will be general members of the public there and so non-members and banned members might be present. I have no control over this and so it's up to you if you want to come along. There may be non-members or banned members on the list, PM for details. A good while between now and then but it needs to be group booked early because we all want to sit together and as tickets for this show, especially on a weekend, go really quickly.

've been on the phone to the theatre today and made a provisional group booking. They've given us a discount which means the tickets will be £25 per ticket instead of the normal more expensive price! biggrin

The seats are together in a good position in the theatre and will need to be paid for initially some time around March/April time.
For the date and other details please PM me as this is a public venue and I don't want to give too much away on an open forum.

Confirmation and payment is needed by March.
There will be no refunds after the theatre has been paid though, so if it's touch and go whether you can make it or not it'd be a real shame if you spent the money and then couldn't make it on the night.

I would realy love to go, never been before but always wanted to and being a bit of a tranny, it makes it almost acceptable to go to the theatre dressed up, but I like a few others find it difficult to commit to something so far in advance, will get working on it and get back to you.

The tickets are £25 each and will be payable from the 1st of March. With it being a block booking, all tickets will be paid together, but I'll waffle more about this in the PM I'll send in a week or so.

Just seen this now Gem and I really want to go. I love the rocky horror show even though I know deep down it is really bad!

Went to Manchester last year, had a fabulous time.
Going to Preston at end of Feb, will report back and let you know if cast are as good as last year. I have heard David Bedella is still playing Frank biggrin

Count us in - we will need to get some accomodation so need to know dates - but we intend to " give yourself over to absolute pleasure " Frank'n'furter to un ininitiated - looks like we will be staying at a very local hotel near to the LOwry - only £68 inc brekkie

If anyone else fancies coming along, please ask. I don't bite hard! ;) lol

I'd also like to make a very public reminder that this is a vanilla, non-swinging social event and any overtly unwanted sexual behaviour will not be tolerated. It is going to be in a public theatre and as such swinging in the aisles will be limited to dancing your stockings off to the time warp and nothing more. Anything happening in people's hotel rooms prior or after the events organised through me and the Rocky team, please organise it sepparately, privately and discreetly.

Yeh - As promised a quick report on tonights show in Preston.
Fab, marvellous, brill,great, funny and sexy, as per.
The cast are brilliant,David Bedella is a sexy as last year, audience participation was hilarious and well timed. Wish I could go to more shows.
I'm sure you'll have a great time in Manchester, I'm off to dream of men in basques and wonder why they look so much better than some women!!!!!
