Anyone been to Silverleigh since it'e refurbishment ? and if so what is it like now ?

Might give Silverleigh a try tomorrow (30th). This will be my first visit but i will let you know what i think, you know what they say about first impressions.....

Thanks jpbfbm facilities are great pool, jacuzzi, hot spa, sauna and steam room. The bedrooms were a bit old and worn and only 2 were ensuite. Would definitely go back if they were modernised as we have always stayed over.

Hi ,
Well as promised an update but probably not what you want to hear. Didn't make it (anywhere) today sad

as the old faithful motor has decided it doesn't want to play so I will have to sort something out for later in the week.

I was there the other rooms have been decorated, new mattresses and pillows are on the way, and semi new TV's by Xmas. The lounge area has been completely re-furbed, with new easy chairs and sofa's.
Still good fun

Hi All,
Visited last friday and was pleasantly surprised. I was made to feel very welcome (especially by the couple in the jacuzzi...) and spent several very enjoyable hours there. I'm thinking about going next monday (12th) for their 'Singles Night'. Anyone any experience of Singles Night at Silverleigh?

Thanks for info, not been on singles nights but fridays and saturdays always been very good and quite busy.
