To all the people who ask for face pics,I ask you this, are you sure it is a pic of the person you are going to meet. I have had acouple of pics that bore a slight resemblance to the actual person but they were taken when they were a lot younger. So I think a mobile or contact no. is a better way to establish whether you are all looking for the same thing and take it from there. Cam is probably the way forward, not so easy to fake.
Enjoy the rest of 2005 it will pass quickly, that is one thing you can rely on.

I dont have a cam but I ALWAYS provide my number when replying to people, along with a face pic. Not that its made a blind bit of difference. even tho ads that say 'all ads with pic will recieve reply' never have, even to say 'sorry. no'!!

What exactly is a 'full on' swinging lifestyle? Nobody says you have to attend munches to become part of the community. They do say that it's a better way to get to know people with whom you banter on here. The people who do, actually do stand more of a chance because they get to know people in real life as well as on here.
Unfortunately there are a great many people who are unwilling to put in any kind of effort/attend any social function. These are the people who constantly complain on the forum about not getting meets/getting no responses to ads or posts on Lets Meet Up/'no genuine people you're all fakes' etc. The amount of effort you put in and your attitude to it all, is probably in proportion with the amount of success you have.
The 21 posts you have made, probably means you haven't had a lot of success (however you define success).

i am prepared to get to know people, but after making an attempt i.e. replying to an ad, posting something here in 'lets meet up' I can't really do much more if I get no response! Just bad luck I guess. Its not a massive issue, just annoying at times.

On my advert i have face pics (# 191278)
Fortunately, a few people on here have seen me either on cam or in the flesh so to speak so i would hope they could vouch that i am who i say i am.
I think that a face pic shows a certain amount of sincerity (If pic is genuine) over a "Cock" pic, but in order to find out if the person is themseleves genuine then there is only one way to do that. The good thing is that that is found out at the same time - By actually meeting them.
Not much of a help though as the bad thing is if either the pic or the person then turns out to be not genuine then it's too late, as you are with them. Unfortunately, (and i may be guessing and saying this without any actual facts), there are probably more that aren't "Totally Genuine" than are and these are the "Bad apples" that,and understandably so, give the same type (i'm guessing single males here) a bad name.
It is very frustrating but thankfully people know that we aren't all the same and they will give the genuine males the benefit of the doubt.
Don't know if my drivel here is of any use but at least it makes a change from a cock pic !!

Surely everyone has a digital camera these days weather this be on your phone or an actual camera . . . if you don't want to put for face up for all to see then just tell people you will include your pic in a PM. . . more to the point if you're worried about if someone is leading you on ask them to take a picture of themselves in a way you describe . . . cock mouth is probably not that useful; but asking for them to be holding a resent newspaper or a common household object isn't that easyto fake . . .
