I would like to add my piece.
It is difficult for the genuine single men, because of the ones who are not genuine.
But I have found with patience and talking to couples in chat rooms, I have met quite a lot of people, some I have clicked with others I have not. but always had an enjoyable meet.
Also I found the socials helpful

but not as frustrating as seeing women/couples being let down by 'single men' when you're a genuine single m who's 100% reliable and never get's a positive responce.

Lots more single guys on here after the same so the people that advertise have a great choice .You just need to reply to as many as you can but do not hold your breath.
When I first started I wrote to as many adverts that I could and sat waiting for a reply am still sat here waiting lol

the interesting thing for me is I tend to the exact opposite of the bit in bold, don't really reply to many at all, and if I do then only to ones that I think they would in interested in me as much as I am them.... and then sell myself!!!
But as someone else has said, I got myself known in the forums, in the chatrooms, and at socials/munches. and that works for me, I have made loads of friends and anything more than that is a bonus....

i find that if i put one line adverts, with absolutely no details, no photos, along the lines of " free a week on wednesday"
They swamp me...up to twenty replies an hour , from couples begging me to meet them, offering me all sorts of inducements and sending photos to try and tempt me , limousines to pick me up and bring me to them etc..sigh...its embarrassing and takes so much time to reply and decline.
many become semi stalkers, but i havnt the heart to call the am i doing wrong?
