I HAVE BEEN THERE THIS AFTERNOON AND THEY HAVE MESSED UP THE BOOKING, SPEAKING TO THE GUY THEY SAID THAT THEY HAVE A BOOKING BEFORE OUR EVENT, ITS SOME COMDEY THING WHICH THEY THOUGHT WOULD BE FINISHED BY NINE. SPEAKING TO THEM TODAY THEY HAVE BEEN TOLD BY THE PEOPLE ORGANISED IT THAT THEY WOULD FINISH AT 10 AND TAKE AN HOUR AND A HALF AFTER TO PACK UP, THUS BEING , COMUNICATION ERROR AT THEIR END, NOW I HAVE CANCELLED OUR BOOKING AS THIS IS FAR TO LATE FOR A SOCAIL TO START, SORRY THIS IS SHORT NOTICE BUT I ONLY FOUND OUT A COUPLE OF HOURS AGO.
NOW THIS IS WHAT I NEED TO KNOW ……….
SHALL I TRY AND FIND ANOTHER VENUE ? BUT MAY BE HARD AT SHORT NOTICE
CANCEL THE SOCAIL ?
ORGANISE TO MEET UP IN A PUB SOMEWHERE RATHER THAN A PROPER VENUE ?
CAN YOU LET ME KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO CAN START TO GET THE WHEELS IN MOTION

Ive just got back and I will be pming you also as Im not 100% we can come and plus im not happy with something so will pm you when more awake.
But tbh people normally hightlight whos going etc and that way if theres someone there that isnt happy with anyone or exs etc people can then decide.
Just we have no idea who going or nothing so if you can do that as thats what everyone else does.

As i have explained in the pm, with change of plans on tuesday about having set area not being available i sent everyone messages, some people have not decided and had to talk to partners, if you read the forum most people on there ehave confrimed they are still coming, unfortunatly i have not got the time today to send list to everyone, i surgest if you have that many problems about meeting verious people then send me pm with user name and shall reply saying if they are due to attend, if you look on page 5 there as a list of people who recieved details, anyone on there that you dont wish to meet, sorry there is a far change of them going, thanks sussexborn
